Which are the best email marketing tools?
Email is not dead.
I know a lot of marketers are shifting to alternative marketing platforms saying that email isn’t as effective as it used to be. However, I maintain that email remains one of the most successful and cost-effective ways to reach your customers.
In 2019 alone there were 3.9 billion global email users. By 2023, this statistic is set to jump to 4.3 billion—almost half of the global population.
If you’re neglecting your email marketing strategy, then you’re missing out on a lot of opportunities to turn your leads into actual customers. To help you get your email marketing on track, here are some essential tools that I rely on:
1. MailGenius
MailGenius is a tool that lets you review your emails for triggers that could potentially send your email straight to the spam folder. It tracks deliverability to ensure that your email actually ends up in your recipients’ inboxes. It offers actionable advice and provides clear explanations as to why something might potentially cause problems and how to fix it.
2. Litmus
I use Litmus to test and track my emails and ensure that all our material is optimized for all devices. Remember, you can’t guarantee that people will receive your email on a desktop. Many people will receive your email on their smartphones, meaning screen resolutions and browsers will vary from one user to another. Litmus lets you test multiple devices with a single click.
3. Mailchimp
Mailchimp is a very versatile email marketing platform that lets you import lists, create and send campaigns, build your audience, and track your email marketing efforts. It offers a simple and easy to understand dashboard that centralizes all activity and gives you a big picture overview of all your campaigns and their statistics.
4. Cakemail
Cakemail is another email marketing platform that’s especially useful for its split A/B testing capabilities. The Campaign Analysis Tools utilize Google Analytics to create useful reports on your open, bounce, click, and unsubscribe rates for all contacts. This makes it really easy to customize your email marketing efforts and segment audiences to boost conversions.
5. AWeber
AWeber is yet another email marketing platform. With AWeber, you get access to over 150 email templates. It also easily integrates with well-known shopping cart tools. This makes it really quick and easy to add new customers who complete a purchase on your site. It’s one of the paid email marketing tools that I rely on for my campaigns.
There you have it. Hope my answer helps! If you have any questions about this list, feel free to send me an email via Leadspanda. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
