Which Social Media management tools do you love and why?

By now you likely know how important social media is to your overall marketing strategy. Maybe you have experienced just how tedious and time-consuming managing your different social media pages can be.

You’ve probably looked into social media management tools to help save time, streamline workflows, and ensure that your content reaches the right audience. But with so many tools available today, how do you find the right one?

I’d love to put my two cents in and share which tools have proven to be most useful for me.

1. Buffer

Buffer is a straightforward, easy-to-use social media management platform that allows you to organize and schedule your posts. I like it especially because of how intuitive the interface is. In addition to the scheduling tools, Buffer also offers analytics and team collaboration features making it essential for any content marketer.

2. Crowdfire

It may have started as a platform for content scheduling, but it has since evolved to let users connect their blogs, YouTube channels, and even their online shops. It’s also a great platform that lets you discover images and articles that are relevant to your audience.

3. Tailwind

Tailwind is a social media management tool specifically for visual platforms like Instagram and Pinterest. It offers a full range of features that are more specific to visual platforms including content promotion as well as content management. Based on gathered data, Tailwind also offers recommendations that help you improve your performance on both platforms by monitoring conversations and measuring results.

4. Later

Later is a social media management tool specifically built for Instagram, although it can also connect your Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. The entire platform follows a visual interface that lets you drag and drop images as you schedule them. The great advantage here is that you can basically see how your Instagram feed will look as you schedule posts. It also allows you to link shoppable posts.

5. Salesforce Social Studio

If you need something more robust and comprehensive, Salesforce Social Studio is the perfect platform to bring together your marketing, customer service, and sales efforts on social media. Salesforce is a great social listening tool that lets you discover exactly what your customers are saying about your brand, product, or service. It lets you plan, execute, and track social media campaigns and monitor conversations across multiple channels—and it ensures you streamline your digital presence effectively.

To determine exactly what social media management tool is right for you, review what social media platforms you’re on and which ones are driving the most engagement from your customers. From there, you can assess what tools are best suited for your needs.

Hope these suggestions help you find the right tools to manage your own social media. If you want to know more, I encourage you to join the conversation on our LinkedIn or Twitter.
